You hereby provide your consent to such actions. Section 2. The user of the Buddy Pass will have to agree to a series of agreements, including but not limited to, the License Agreement, the Square Enix Account Terms of Use and this User Agreement in order to install and use the Licensed Software.
This User Agreement will begin when you first agree to it and will remain in effect until terminated. If you prevail in your claim against Square Enix, then Square Enix shall pay all arbitration fees.
The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. If you wish to file for arbitration, then you must send, by registered mail or overnight delivery, a written notice of intent to arbitrate to Square Enix, Inc. Legal Dept.
